Shipping To You

Aoife Dowd Art packs and ships all original artwork to customers within Ireland and internationally.   Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you after you've made your purchase. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your painting or print will arrive. Original artwork/commissions can take from 3 -5 weeks depending on individual commissions.

Each fine art print is individually printed and hand mounted by a professional printer after the order is recieved. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your print to arrive.

Return Policy - Originals

At Aoife Dowd Art, customer satisfaction is a top priority.  Before purchasing a large painting you should measure your wall space to be sure you'll be happy with the fit.  If you're not delighted with your original artwork purchase, I will give you a full refund providing you contact me and ship the painting back within 10 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify me after 5 days, I cannot offer you a refund.  

For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying certificates and paperwork you received with your order.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  We require that you use a trackable shipping service.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Return Policy Giclée Limited Editions 

I order and pay for your giclée prints as soon as I receive your payment. It's printed just for you. Therefore, giclee is non-refundable. 

Artwork Damaged in Transit

When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting and open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it.  Photograph any damage to the artwork and call me immediately.
